Showcase and Showcase Superlux were sites we redesigned two times, to keep with the ever evolving user and technologies available. This site was rich with complex back end data integrations as well as providing ticket purchase and loyalty app web hooks. The experience had to get the user to their seat in as few clicks as possible and was one of the first true examples of using tactics that would later feed into what is now referred to as “Service Design”.
